Terms & Conditions

International Buyers
If the goods ordered are currently outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are due to be paid only if the goods have reached their final destination. P.A.S Ltd is not responsible for customs costs, and we do not assume any liability relating to calculations or estimates in this regard. If the buyer orders goods on the overseas market, vendors are advised to contact their local customs authorities for more information about the costs and customs procedures. When ordering goods from overseas, the buyer become an importer and as such should ensure that the purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country in which the goods are imported. Remember that the goods may be inspected on arrival at the port for customs purposes and P.A.S does not guarantee that the packaging will have no signs of tampering.


Basis of Sale and Service
Supplier's employees or agents are not authorised to make any representations concerning the goods or services, unless there is written confirmation by the supplier. At the conclusion of the contract the customer confirms that he is independent of any other third party, and waives any claim for breach of agreement, at any such representations, which were not exactly approved.

No changes to these Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing between the authorised representatives of the Customer and the Supplier.

Sales literature, price lists and other documents issued by the supplier in connection with the goods and services provided are subject to change without notice and are not offers to sell goods that are possible in the future implementation. No contract for sale of goods and services are non-mandatory for the provider, except if the provider does not billed in writing proposals for the sale of goods and services or to accept orders placed by the Customer at any earlier date than:


  - Written consent of the Supplier;
  - Delivery of Goods;
  - Provision of the Services, or
  - Vendor invoice;

Any typographical, clerical or other accidental errors or amendments in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of the offer, invoice or other document issued by the supplier of the information, are subject to correction without any liability on the part of the supplier.

Delivery

There are various embodiments of delivery in each country. P.A.S Ltd logistics partners with Fedex, DHL, UPS, Marco services Ltd and Frontier forwarding services Ltd for their logistical expertise. Their international networks offers reliable delivery options in more than 200 countries. More information can be found from Fedex, DGL, UPS Logistics, Marco Services Ltd and Frontier forwarding service Ltd directly. We can sometimes use alternative ways of transport for logistical or operational reasons.

Express Delivery
P.A.S Ltd understands how costly, problematic and time consuming it can be, in this case, we offer express delivery of any of your products worldwide, with P.A.S Ltd agents and couriers ready to do this job for an extra charge.


Local Customs Fees
It is your responsibility to pay any duty on the import of goods into your country. Under no circumstances is P.A.S Ltd not responsible for local taxes and or customs fees which may be payable upon delivery.


If you do not receive your order, there are several reasons why your order may not have been received:

1. The items are not in stock
If the items are not in stock, P.A.S Ltd aims to get a new import in the short-term; we will process your order and send the item to you as soon as they becomes available.
If the goods is not available or discontinued by the manufacturer, which meaning that P.A.S Ltd are unable to fulfil the order, P.A.S Ltd will contact you and inform you. If we are unable to fulfil your order or to offer an alternative, P.A.S Ltd will immediately refund your money if your payment has already been processed.


2. Payment is not received or rejected
If P.A.S Ltd cannot process a payment for any reason, we will contact you to discuss payment options with your personal account and update your credit or bank account information as required.

Warranty


Repairs, Replacements, Refunds
In the first instance, P.A.S Ltd will always try to repair the existing product in one of our repair centres or through our partners. If a repair is not possible or would take too long, then we will replace your item with the same one or similar. If product cannot be found, then we will refund the amount you originally paid, including any payment for the shipment.

New Products
All new products are supplied by us in accordance with the terms and conditions of the original equipment manufacturers (OEM) and have a manufacturer’s warranty. In any case we will be liable, except for items which are actually damaged, and not more than the amount first paid for the actual goods to us. P.A.S ltd are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages or lost profits.

Recovery and Exchange Services Product
Products supplied by us are guaranteed to be in good condition and working order, as they are covered by our 2 weeks warranty. All guarantees are issued by us and not by the manufacturer, and shall be honoured by us in all cases. If the item brakes within 2 weeks from the date of invoice, please return it for free warranty repair or replacement.
Our liability is limited, and for any such defective products P.A.S Ltd will repair under their options free of charge or provide a replacement product. If we decide that the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we will refund an amount equal to the amount you originally paid.
In any case P.A.S Ltd will be liable for the parts, apart from the actual damage, and not more than the original amount paid for the goods to us. P.A.S Ltd are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages or lost profits.

Repairs
Parts repaired by us are guaranteed to be without defects and have our  2 weeks warranty (subject to the correct storage, installation and compliance with conditions). If the item has broken within 2 weeks from the date of invoice, please return it for a free replacement or repair.
P.A.S Ltd responsibility, at our option, any such defect in the product shall be limited to repair or replacement free of charge for our customers. If we decide that the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we will refund the money into your account in an amount equal to the amount you originally paid.
In any case P.A.S Ltd will be liable for the parts, except the actual damage, and not more than the original amount paid for the goods to us. P.A.S Ltd are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages or lost profits.

Returns
All products supplied by us are fully tested and carefully packed in antistatic bags before shipping. If there is no contact from the buyer within 3 days of delivery regarding of any defects with the items, you are deemed to have received the items in full working order and with no problems. If you want to return an item for any arising reason, it should be reported to us within 3 days of delivery and the item must be returned with the same packaging and documentation for further evaluation / verification.

We are entitled to return the goods in the following cases:

1. Fault on delivery
If any of the purchased goods are found to be defective in the delivery day, you'll need to contact us within 3 days to arrange a return. Items must be returned in their original condition with full documentation. P.A.S Ltd are not responsible for paying the costs for transportation.
After receiving returned goods, they will be checked and if P.A.S Ltd are unable to repair or replace the product, the amount paid for the item, as a rule, will be returned in the same way as from the time of acquisition of the items. Shipping costs will be refunded if the fault was our responsibility. If any items fail in their warranty period, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the terms of the warranty.

2. Damage during transport
Under no circumstances will P.A.S Ltd be liable for any damaged products, if you do not notify the carrier himself at the time of delivery. If items are damaged in transit and the damage is obvious, you have to state and sign on the waybill that the items were damaged. In any case, if such damage to occur you must notify us within 3 days. Items must be returned in their original condition with all documentation. P.A.S Ltd are not responsible for paying the costs for transportation.
After receiving returned goods, they will be checked and if we are unable to repair or replace the product, the amount paid for the item, as a rule, will be returned in the same way as from the time of acquisition of the items. Shipping costs will be refunded if the fault was our responsibility.

3. Incorrect item
If you receive the goods which do not correspond to the order, and are not accompanied by an explanatory note detailing the reason for changes, then you must contact us within 3 days to arrange return of the items. P.A.S Ltd are not responsible for paying the cost of shipping. You will be given the opportunity to replace the goods with other items (if such available), or the funds must be refunded via the same payment method that was used for the purchase. Refund and replacement will be indicated in the invoice, upon receipt of returned goods.

4. Buyer decided that he does not need the item
If the item was sent or received by you, but you decide that it is no longer needed, the goods can be returned to us within 3 days of receipt. Goods can be returned for this reason if their packaging remains closed and the goods may be resold as new, if it is possible, without any additional work and costs.

  • Please note, a fine of 50% of the order will be charged. The buyer is responsible for paying the cost of shipping if the item is returned for this reason.
  • Please note, P.A.S ltd do not refund or compensate products such as PCs, or any software products.
